Later run so Helix could join but then miscommunication sent him south while we circled back to meet him. So Drew and I did 3 miles of back and forth before finally running south and joining Helix for a mile or 2. My stomach gradually felt worse and worse so it was probably good I didn't have many sustained efforts due to turning around.
