with Caryn, Maggie, and Sherry...started at circle, ran a quarter of the way up power line close to circle, then took a right out the trail that lead to DRC....went down to main trail and Maggie and I ran out to bridge, then back through....good run, Maggie and I pushed the last 2 miles and I really pushed hard the last .5 mile...last 2 miles was 14:12...felt good.
