I have had the worst stomach ache all afternoon and really did not want to go but I did. Kellie and I headed out on the bark trail for softness and the route we did 2 days ago for last mile (which was 13:08 if you dont remember) I felt pretty good, heel had no pain at all (so weird how it hurt entire time yesterday but not today) I did do heavy rolling and iced twice as well as all exercises bla bla ... anyways I digress .... Today
1 Mile 12:51 156 BPM High BPM 178 *woops* Right at end again for high. Actually high was at .99 :)
I felt good. I could tell I felt a little stronger and when I hit .85 I pushed a little harder but not to where I was completely uncomfortable. I pushed last time too. I felt like I had done better and so happy I did after feeling yucky too. Maybe it wont be so hard to get back into it :) 16 seconds not bad for 2 days is it? :) I am happy with it for sure!!!
