2 mile warmup at 6:45 pace with splits of 6:45-6:43. Form drills and strides. 7 by 600 where the first 200 is faster than race pace and the second 400 is at race pace. Splits were 1:50-1:49-1:50-1:48-1:50-1:46-1:44. More detailed splits containing the 200 and 400 time can be found in the notebook. 3 minute rest so long recovery but Yunk always does that. 1 mile cool down at 7:20 pace.
