With the 8K Sunday, I wanted to have an easier workout today. I increased the recovery time between each rep and tried to have good quality. It's tough doing these workout being so tired. I sound like a broken record but I didn't sleep well again last night. Still groggy at 9:00 AM.
Looking at the overall time, I still would have only been around 14:36 for a 5K. That sucks. I've never had any speed and I'm probably getting slower.
