Ran to Blackwell and did a pickup once I reached the trails. Ran up the hill four times. I wasn't feeling too strong but I'm glad I got four in. at 50 minutes in I started feeling a sharp tightness in my left hamstring. I strained it in the race on Sat but it hasn't hurt during a run until now. Going downhill may be contributing to the strain. I felt it very sharp once on a downhill section of trail. It's funny, just after I finally seem to have all my right hamstring problems behind me, now my left one is going to bother me.
I did two easy pick up on the way back. I didn't push these hard because I wasn't sure how bad the hamstring was yet. Sitting here now at almost noon, it's very sore, tight and tender to the touch. Hopefully I can run through this problem.
