Notes
The foot started out better today. Around 20 minutes I had to stop at an intersection to let cars go by. When I started up again my foot was searing in pain. It felt like something hot was being jabbed into the place on top of my foot where my big toe attaches with every foot plant. I though I might have to cut it short but I eventually got used to the pain and kept going.
Side note: I had an unusual soreness throughout my legs this night. Not sharp or tight, just an aching. Hope I'm not sick like my Katie.
