I just wanted to get in a few more very easy and controlled miles, so I hopped on the treadmill for 1/2 an hour during lunch. I increased the speed .1 PMH every 5 minutes until I reached the blazing speed of 7:30 pace.

Right hamstring was getting pretty tight.
