Ran with Brian and Brad Henz and Dan Scheffler from Brian’s house. I haven’t seen Brad in a long time and hadn’t run with Dan in about 9 months or so. I only had time for an hour but it was good to get out with a group again.
Right hamstring was tight the first mile. Plantar fasciitis was hurting in my right foot due to the new orthotics.
