Ran from home since I had to be there this morning to meet the guy from AT&T. We had to take Katie to the doctor and then to the hospital from a blood test last night, so my sleep suffered again. She is fine, just some bacterial infection, but it's been a rough week for all of us.
Incredibly humid and hot for this time of year. Just an easy run this morning after a good one yesterday and the long run coming up tomorrow.
