Ran with Henz and Nick Hird from NCC this morning. Headed out to Springbrook and took the long way around, then finished the Modaff loop with a little alteration along the bike path. The air seemed about 10 degrees cooler in Springbrook, which felt great. It was a nice steady pace for the most part. I picked it up the last couple miles and added a White Oak loop to get to 90 minutes.
Katie has been sick, so we had to wake her up every 3 hours through the night to give her medicine. Rough night of sleep and, thankfully, I'm feeling it more now than during the run.
