I could feel the sweating process starting just seconds after I stepped out the door. I hate Summer. Give me back by 15 degree February days and I'll gladly bundle up and be fine - just keep the snow away. I tried to pick a route that offered some shade but there was no escaping the humidity and heat. I really struggled the last 10 minutes as I just had nothing left. This run should have been about 4-6 minutes faster but I was just coasting in. I weighed 7 pounds less after this run that I did before leaving the house to play basketball this morning.
