Notes
Woke up before 4:00 again. Started out the run feeling pretty decent. It was a few degrees cooler than yesterday and a little windier but just as humid after those wicked storms last night. (The tornado sirens went off at 8:10. We got the kids out of bed and brought them to the basement for 1/2 hour. I later read that one was spotted about 4 miles north of our house.) Around an hour I was starting to feel more fatigued than expected. I altered my route but was still getting pretty exhausted the last 15 minutes. It's going to be a late night tonight as I go to the Cubs vs. Sox game with 19 other coworkers.
