had to go see a customer in Bridgeview this morning, so I stopped at Argonne on the way and did the loop. Started from the head off Cass Rd. Very, very muggy out this morning, and I just felt tight and tired all over. Had to run through a flooded section about 60 yards long at 4.5 miles. That made the shoes and socks nice and heavy. Started feeling very dehydrated by 7 miles and was looking forward to the finish. Had a few decent miles but could never get the legs feeling good. First day of Summer. I hate Summer.
