Ran very easy the whole way because I was nervous about the hamstrings and am just tired. They felt better than I was expecting. They were a little tight but not painful, so I'm feeling better about it but the real test is on long run tomorrow. I did some quick stretching at the end and did two strides. I could feel the hamstrings but I don't think I strained them doing this. I need to keep a cold pack at work the ice them while I'm siting at my desk.
