The hamstrings were sore and tight the whole way today. They didn't get any worse as the run went on though. I guess yesterday was a little tougher on them than I realized at the time.
Great morning outside. Ran to Herrick, down Washington to Bauer, over to MacDowell and back to Ferry road in. Felt pretty tired the whole way.
