Just had nothing in me this morning. Never felt strong or any rhythm. Hamstrings were tight the whole time. Ran from work to Blackwell and across Mack Rd.. Had thought about some Fartlek or hills but couldn't muster any "Go." Beautifil morning.
When I got back to the locker room, I looked down and saw the toe box of my left shoe was bloody red. It was just a small spot on my middle toe above the nail that had rubbed raw but it looked impressive.
