Notes

Did a round of push-ups, leg extensions, leg curls, shoulder press, bench press and lat pull-downs before jumping on the treadmill. I woke up this morning with a sore throat, itchy ears and runny nose, so I decided not to go out in the cold rain today. It's been a while since I was on a treadmill. It's strange how my form always falls apart at some point on a treadmill. I struggle for leg lift when that happens.
