Ran with Henz, Monty and Emillio from NCC. We headed to Green Valley and then into Modaff. We met up with a HS kid from Waubansee along the way and he hooked onto the group. Monty, Emmillio and I added on to get 2 hours.
The East wind was strong and the roads were strong slippery in spots. My legs felt tight at the end but fine. Good long run.
