Ran with Henz and Shefler from Henz's house. Started out into the wind, which was cold. I was pretty bundled up with a head band, hat, face mask, turtle neck, and two layers of mittens. Still, my fingers got cold. I wore the mask for the first hour then took it off when we were with the wind. That was fine until we turned into it again. My nose froze and now feels burnt and is throbbing. The pace gradually built the whole way. The last few miles were moving pretty well. I felt my right hamstring get a little tight in the last mile but seems fine. Good solid run to finish off the week.
