Ran with Henz and BS from NCC. Dropped BS off at 50 minutes. The humidity was real thick this morning. My legs were heavy after two quality days. It was tough to guess the overall pace because the last 45 minutes got hard even though the pace naturally picked up slightly. I died the last mile and just coasted in. That part sucked, but otherwise it was the 3rd good quality day in a row.
