Notes
Ran with Henz from NCC. Went North into extended Cress Creak plus more. I did not feel strong at any point today. My body was still run down from the stomach bug and lack of sleep the past 3 nights. Still we steadily increased the pace. The last few were good quality.
My face literally froze today. This problem seems to be happening more often lately. I was in a lot of pain as it warmed up. My hands were frozen too and Henz had to help me get my stuff out of car. I guess I need to wear the face mask more and maybe get some of those hand warmers to keep in the gloves.
