Notes
I tried out the loop around Quarry Lake in Pikesville. Roughly 2:1 intervals. It's a nice loop with a long slow uphill and downhill around the overlook. This would be great for a two lap run, it was getting too dark tonight so only one lap. Second run in the new shoes - went better than the first.

Enjoyment: 5
Experience: 6 - A nice sunset run in a new location.
Effort: 6 - I pushed it some
Pain: 2 - shins felt better today, but the inner part of my heels rubbed and will probably have some slight blisters tomorrow.
