Notes
A good 3 miles after skipping my run the last few days for feeling bad. I had a caffeine headache this morning because I brought tea instead of coffee. I did take some Excedrin with lunch though. I did some longer intervals, roughly 1/3 mile intervals with 1 minute walk breaks.
Overall: 6
Enjoyment: 6 - Felt great, good to get out there and clear my headache.
Experience: 6 - a great fall run, cool but a decent breeze.
Effort: 7 - Nice and stead pace.
Pain: 1 - The shoes felt great today. A "1" because when i finished I could feel that my lower calves got a good workout. Not use to feeling anything there, shoes must be working them differently.
