Notes
Today's run I pushed it up a notch. I kept with the 1:1 intervals, but sped up quite a bit. It was a nice afternoon for a run. The birds were out...pooping everywhere. There was a nice, but small breeze, and it was near the mid 50s. Felt great!
Overall: 8
Enjoyment: 7 - A great "winter" run.
Experience: 7 - Nice weather for a great and exhausting run.
Effort: 8 - 1:1 intervals. I pushed myself.
Pain: 1 - No pain. Just some heavy breathing from pushing it.
