Notes

Hips before. Eccentric calf raises, 2x10 lunges f&b, 20 squats after.

10min easy, 6x1min comfortably hard with 2min rests, 9min easy. Great fartlek run! Shin is a little sore still but the pace was great overall and the speed portions didn't feel bad until the last one that was uphill.
