Saucony ProGrid ride 5 (#1)
5 LM before. Eccentric calf raises, 5 LM, 30 squats, hips after.
Felt pretty sluggish but my cadence was ok. Things didn't improve until just before I finished. I'm hoping it was the extra day off.
