Mon - Easy run , 3-5 miles or off. This is typically your off day. Are you doing anything on your off days (sit ups/push ups/excercises)? If not, they would be a beneficial thing to get in to maximize your training. You'd be surprised at what the little things can do, although, you have probably already expericed that. Try to do the little things!
