Tues - Distance run, 5-7 miles. 6-8 X 50m uphill strides. With the 50m strides, you should be doing them fast. The uphill will add resistance, but still try to get through them in a quick manner. How are you feeling after last week? It was a long one, with only one day off.

Tough day, but a decent time! Couldn't do hilll workout:(
