I don't think they have posted their 2008-09 schedule yet for the races, but that should be up soon, starting soon as well, maybe Dec. Keep a watch. I was looking at their site and getting a little nostalgic. I didn't even realize that I am on some of their all time lists. Makes me want to go back there and run them again. Maybe I will!
Tues - 5-7 mile run. I see the pace on your last run was under 9 min/mile, Nice!!! As the miles and the training comes up, the pace will continue to drop.
