At Workout Anytime. The wind was just too strong, 30 sustained with gusts at 40 and cold, so I didn't do the workout I had planned (1wu+6HMP) but instead 1wu+6 easy at 10:31 as indicated on the treadmill. Cadence was kind of all over the place depending on whether I was trying to lengthen my stride or not.
Didn't use Static Guard on my shirt and got spikes at the start.
Heart rate was 118 - 119 and cadence 166 - 168 (83/84) on average.
