On the treadmill at work. Finally had a workout go as planned. Used the interval function on my Garmin (310xt). I did a1.5 mile warmup and then 12 repetitions of a fast 1/4 mile followed by a slow 1/4 mile with a short cool down at the end. According to the treadmill the fast portions were at 9:13 mpm and the slow portions at 12:00 mpm. Garmin shows them as anything from 9:40 to 9:19 for the fast ones and 11:16 to 11:04 for the slow ones -- dramatically off.

Heart rate seemed to have measured ok except for the last 4 intervals.
