Notes

I'm reading Born to Run and was intrigued by the chia drink the Rarámuri use. So at lunch I went to the health food store, bought some chia seeds (and some teff because it works for the Ethiopians) and made me some. It was good. I don't know if it was the chia, but during this run tonight, I felt like I could have kept going all night even though this is a hilly route.
