Treadmill & not the miles I planned but this has been a good recovery week from the race.

I think consistency is key to improvement. This month's running was almost identical to last month's, 158 mi. at an average pace of 10:15 (much faster than November). However, I did more speedwork for the peak race, about 10 mi. more at an average pace of 8:32. My race pace was 8:39 so that's a pretty good predictor.
