Part of it with Traci and we were chilled. Then we met up with the group after for breakfast! The watch saga concludes: called Garmin and we tried a couple of things to get the old watch going but no, so they let me trade it in for a new one, 20% off, so a new Forerunner 55 for $159.99 plus tax instead of two hundred bucks. it seems to have a lot of the same health tracking features as Whoop so I may ditch that when the watch comes next week. In the meantime, Whoop gave this a 8.1 Strain Score and said recovery is normal the last couple of days.
