8 striders at the end. Good to be home! Took the dogs out for a stroll afterwards and they were so excited! Didn't have my phone or watch, which can be very freeing. A Garmin is a nice tool, though, and my Polar watch broke the other day, so I'm trying to get an old Garmin Forerunner 110 up and running. It has trouble locating the satellites, and it's got the latest software now, but that's about 9 years old! Whoop gave this a 9.6 Strain Score.
