with 8 hill sprints (not much of a hill!)-Thought I knew that area 2 miles from here better & that there was a steep hill there. So when I got there & noticed it was a pretty gradual uphill, pushed the pace more! Whoop says my recovery is excellent today at 85% with HRV at 58. It shows my HR peaked on hill #6 at 159 & gave this run a 11.9 Strain Score. This felt great!
