Back on the plan, more or less, which was 80 min easy aerobic with 6 x 20 sec. striders. Group run and even though I was by myself with the longest/slowest run, nice to chat before and breakfast afterwards! The striders were between 5:59 and 7:44 pace. According to Whoop, recovery is normal and max HR was during the striders as expected. It gave the run a 15.1 Strain Score.
