Notes

Waking: HRV 50 with meter green/8 (surprised after my night at work!) with weekly CV holding pretty steady, now at 10.4%. Haven't used Whoop lately.

Cranked up the treadmill to 10 mph during the strides, 3 x 20/40 at the end.
