Notes

Red Hawk intervals (with a Sergio and Sender sighting). Soup kitchen day. Plan: 30 min easy, 4 X 3 min strong (think race effort) 1 min HARD 3 min easy, 20-30 min easy spin. Notes: There were a couple of places where I had to turn or had a stop sign during a harder bit but otherwise easier than the hills closer to home! After the 30 minute WU, interval #1 was at 14.9 mph, #2 at 16.5, #3 at 16.3, #4 at 16.3 and the 1 min. HARD at 15.8 but I was on the sidewalk then and had a stop sign near the end. This was fun! Whoop gave this ride a 8.5 Strain Score. Seems incredibly low so guess I am in shape! Max HR was during the intervals. 97% recovery today with HRV super high!
