HRV was really good this morning at 68. Was trying to do a ride called the Heater and I got a head start, but then got a flat. Was off to the side and when the pack came along, they were going so fast they didn't even see me. Changed the tube but then couldn't figure out how to work the CO2 cartridge and felt like a complete idiot. Hit the escape button & called Sharon. She said this is getting to be a pattern! When I got home & looked at the CO2 pump again, it was pretty obvious how it works! I failed to turn the cartridge around & insert the tip.
