"A" Mountain. Think I've figured out what's causing the pain in the back of my leg and I'm not happy about it: sciatica. Had it before several years ago but in the other leg and didn't know what it was then. Had to get epidural steroid injections 3 times between the L5 & S1 joint. Will hit it hard with NSAID's first and hope it gets better! Nevertheless, my recovery is almost perfect with HRV up to 76. It gave this run a 13.8 Strain Score.
