2mi WU, 2 sets of 5x1min hard on 1min easy with 5min between sets, 2mi CD. Nailed it! In spite of more humidity and mosquitoes in Mesilla-enjoyed drinking a beer with friends afterward at the Spotted Dog! According to Whoop, my recovery in the morning was very good with HRV at 95 & RHR at 54. It called this run "serious cardio" and said "this day was more strenuous than 92% of all days across Whoop athletes." It gave the run a 15.4 Strain Score.
