15min easy, 3 sets of (4min hard, 1min easy, 1min hard) with 4min easy between sets, 15min easy
Whoop: Not enough sleep (I knew that! Last late-night meeting of the semester until 1:00 a.m.) but normal recovery with HRV at 36 & RHR at 59. It gave this ride a 12.8 Strain Score, higher than many of my bike workouts.
