Elliptical at the campus gym before choir practice-After warming up, with fast music I decided to push it a little and that was awesome! Acccording to Whoop, recovery is excellent today with HRV up to 77. It gave this workout a 12.1 Strain Score and said it was harder than my usual elliptical workout. Knee is much better today but I took another 500mg of naproxen with breakfast (steel-cut oats like every day) so that makes sense.
