really tough run today. It was HOT and HUMID - I wasn't expecting it in the morning. Not sure if I was more cautious or cop out, but took more walk breaks than usual - getting over some kind of nasty cough. Didn't run yesterday as I was so light headed. Didn't feel happy about taking so many walk breaks, but felt great that I didn't give up and completed my commitment to myself to run my 6 miles today. and I can live with an 11:30 pace for a "long run" :)
