Holy awesome run batman! WOW AMAZING! Near the end of mile 2, my heart rate was really elevated so I walked the last 10th of a mile and did my Tony Robbins breathing exercises. Headed back on mile 3 feeling amazing. checked my clock and finished mile 3 at 9:39 pace - decided to push myself and do mile 4 at a 9:30 pace. Powered up the hill at the 3.5 mark, crossed at the light and powered up the final hill feeling tired, but good to find 9:10 pace. Kick ASS!!!!!
