Notes
The 7 miles up hill from mile 8 to mile 15 and the mile and a half immediately after broke me. I started having cramps.
The wind after the hill did the rest.
I had to walk/run from mile 16/17 on for cramps to upper legs.
Lesson learnt for next trainings:
- prepare following the race ups and down, more up and down hills are needed in my training. plus squats and stairs.
