Sunday Workout. Nice timing for nasty weather. TM muscles in need of some work. Downstairs to Bram's 24-Hour Fitness. Start with 20:00 minute progressive warm-up. Begin at 6.8 mph and work to 7.6 mph by increasing 0.2 every 4:00 minutes. Prime the pump with a 7:30 mile. Was thinking the K5s would work well on a TM and they do.

Workout is 30:00 AT Run. Put on the A6s for tempo. Start at 8.4 mph (7:10) and work to 8.9 mph (6:46) by increasing 0.1 every 5:00 minutes. Typical TM AT run; as much a mental workout as physical or cardio.

Cool-Down = 5 x 4:00 minutes at 7.5 mph (8:00). Changed back into K5s. Stepped off four times to work in two upper-body strength circuits (pull ups, dips, push ups, and chins) and two core exercise circuits. Judging by smell of gear, on a scale of 1-10, overall workout was a 12.
