Track Intervals. Dark and humid for bonus training stimulus. Workout of 4 x 200 with 200 jogs and 4 x 300 with 100 jogs. Only timed 300s: Average Paces = 6:35 / 6:52 / Flip / 6:20 / 6:25. Lost it on the turn on #2. Got this one in, but weather not looking favorable for full week of quality training.
